In Step 2: Remove the External IP: The option to change the External IP property and change it from Ephemeral to non was not visible. Unable to change the External IP I could not complete the lab in the manner designed.

Had to dig through "Network interfaces -> nic0" obscured dialog in webserver VM edit page to change from Ephemeral to None external IP address. This was not apparent.
