The lab provides a very clear and practical introduction to webhooks. I particularly liked how it demonstrated the difference between 'Updates' and 'Deletes' as triggers. The use of JSON body templates with <<Variable>> substitution was a great way to show how AppSheet can send dynamic data to external platforms like Google Chat.
