I got error that this user doesn't have permission to query the san francisco trees database. i tried again from my work account, but got the same error again. i got another error trying to save the public data to my project where i have owner role - maybe because my own project is in us-west2. so i took photos of the lab instructions, and will try to do these steps when i have the roles that allow me to save a query result to a table.
