Not easy to copy and paste code blocks due to the SQL password requirements

Few minor comments like why rename the example csv file when tab complete or use Curl pipe direct to new file to save the commands. Mix of long and short parameters in commands such as --host where -h would do and were already using -p would make it more consistent and concise.
