This command is authenticated as 425284209173-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com which is the active account specified by the [core/account] property. - '@type': type.googleapis.com/google.rpc.ErrorInfo domain: googleapis.com metadatas: method: compute.v1.NetworksService.Patch service: compute.googleapis.com reason: ACCESS_TOKEN_SCOPE_INSUFFICIENT Got error while performing above steps,looks like to me an authentication issue
