Most of this lab had nothing to do with Spanner. I built a node.js app and deployed it to Cloud Run, but I touched very little about Spanner outside of a single SQL update statement. This lab would be better fit for a node.js or Cloud Run course.

error with the deployment region, it's described as us-west1, but only deploys in us-central1, and after deployment is done, the check progress doesn't capture that
