no option like 30 days, only 1 year. Error: please set the expiration date of the backup as 30 days.

This is 5th time, that this lab cannot tracking my process. Why? Why it's claiming that "we're having trouble checking your progress. try again later." even I finished all of the steps.

Then touch a "checking progress" button, got an error "We're having trouble checking your progress. Try again later".
