tech sup notified yesterday they`ll fix "Cant evaluate" error. I tried now - error still

This is 5th time, that this lab cannot tracking my process. Why? Why it's claiming that "we're having trouble checking your progress. try again later." even I finished all of the steps.

Then touch a "checking progress" button, got an error "We're having trouble checking your progress. Try again later".
