The download and transfer instructions are not correct. Lab needs to be updated with better instructions for getting the oracle binary downloaded and over to the simulated bare-metal host.

Instructions for downloading Oracle don't work: opening download with Chrome results in 400 error about request headers too large; opening download with Safari works, but then trying to curl the download address is caught by Oracle as a 'robot' download and not allowed. I completed the lab by downloading Oracle using Safari browser, then uploading it to a Cloud Storage bucket, then using 'gsutil cp' to copy it from there to the bastion host. The instructions for creating the VertexAI notebook are out of date, but it was easy to find the new locations of the specified settings.
