Step 4 needs to be reviewed. Lack of clarity about what we're doing, lack of explanation. I'm not an Oracle DBA, but in my opinion this section should be reviewed, or even the entire labs sequence, to better understand what we're doing.

This lab is the definition of Janky. Have to do all of these work arounds to get the .zip to download on the host. It could benefit from some streamlining so I don't have to create an oracle account (We don't use Oracle). Also, take into consideration that not everyone has the ability to just download something to a work PC from a website.
