Some Issues here (it took me 2 tries) (1) Oracle Account is needed. Downloading the Oracle File with the signed URL "trick" seems a bit imrovisational to me. (2) Time really short: Copy Oracle to BMS takes a lot of time - also processing the ansible runbook. (3) There are menu changes in creating a Vertex AI notebook - the steps in the instructions here do not match. So, Improvisation necessary here!
