Configuring Traffic Blocklisting with Google Cloud Armor Reviews

I was unable to get the policy to block the access-test VM. Despite the policy being applied, rules in place to block, the policy allowed the connection. Looking at the logs, it even applies the policy to the connection, but still permits it and said the action is allowed!

Cloud is slow and unreliable. Cloud armor "target" didn't worked, need to recreate it to make it blocked.

I had to change the priority from 1000 to 10 in order to get the Cloud Armor rule to work properly.
