Cloud SQL instance and the Datastream streams took 5+ minutes to initiate. It may be worth mentioning that in the instructions so students don't think they've done something wrong or are encountering an error.

Hey -> had some weird issues where the datastream kept trying to create the BQ table in us-central1 - even though the stream was set up to sync to europe-west1. Tried this multiple times -> hit the same issue: Discarded 4 unsupported events for BigQuery destination: 302540652478.test.example_table, with reason code: BIGQUERY_LOCATION_CONSTRAINT, details: Datastream can't create the BigQuery resource 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-51a480e9604e/datasets/test', because the resource location 'us-central1' specified in the stream configuration violates an organizational constraint. Change the location specified in the stream's destination configuration, or modify the organizational constraints..
