Task 2 didn't work for me, I couldn't create a Source for the Datastream and repeatedly got an error that said, "Failed to perform tenant project creation".

Unable to progress past Task 2 due to error when attempting to create a Datastream Connection Profile to connect to the Cloud SQL database created successfully in Task 1. When running a test of the Connection Profile it consistently returned an error : "Test Failed : Failed to perform tenant project creation". Tried several approaches e.g. closing and reopening the Chrome tab running the GCP console session but same error each time. The region for the Cloud SQL instance was europe-west4.
