Stackdriver is still mentioned even though it was replaced by cloud monitoring. Also - The first part of setup for monitoring (stopping the vm, editing it and restarting) is not relevant and the monitoring can be completed without it.

These commands are not creating the desired mydeploy.xml: sed -i -e "s/qwiklabs-gcp-03-e138975b1089/$DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID/" mydeploy.yaml sed -i -e "s/us-central1-a/$MY_ZONE/" mydeploy.yaml Unable to proceed as mydeploy.xml is not editing with sed -i -e commands..!!!!!!!!!!
