Received "sorry the server was not able to fulfill your request" when trying to access AI Platform Pipelines and wasn't able to move on.

Couldn't complete the lab due to a bug. After creating my Kubeflow instance, it did not appear in AI Platform > Pipelines. The only thing on that page was an error stating "Sorry, the server was not able to fulfill your request."
