The "submit" command failed with a generic "internal error encountered" message. I managed to fix it by analyzing the configuration json and noticing that it required an image with python 3.7, which is deprecated. I changed it to 3.10, and pipeline was successfully loaded

Great for beginners but the labs is not up to date: an IAM permission is missing (Vertex AI Administrator roles/aiplatform.admin).
