After installing all the required libraries as instructed in the lab, I tried running the following code: python Copy code import os if not os.getenv("IS_TESTING"): # Automatically restart kernel after installs import IPython app = IPython.Application.instance() app.kernel.do_shutdown(True) I got a popup window with this message: "cloudskill: Kernel Restarting. The kernel for training-data-analyst/self-paced-labs/learning-tensorflow/convolutions-with-complex-images/CLS_Vertex_AI_CNN_horse_or_human.ipynb appears to have died. It will restart automatically." I waited and waited for the kernel to restart successfully. Instead, each time I ran the previous code, I got the same message saying the kernel died and it will restart automatically. I couldn't move forward, assuming that every cell I run would give me the same error. This lab cost me 15 credits and more than three hours trying to finish it. This false, misleading message was incredibly frustrating. When I asked for chat support, the representative just told me to keep running the code, dismissing my concerns. I should have gotten a confirmation that the kernel restarted successfully, not that the kernel died and it "WILL RESTART AUTOMATICALLY!" This experience was extremely disappointing and unproductive.
