cannot send the prediction request even the code is correct predictions = endpoint.predict(instances=x_test.tolist())

the console does not show available networks when trying to create a notebook, does not teach how to configure VPC, documentation is bad when I try to fix it. I think this course only works in the US. Very fustrating experience
