In Task 5, step 4 "Create Export" does not exist in the lab, rewrite the lab to use Create Sink

Useful lab but it needs to be updated to catch up with the current console UI. What the instructions call "Create Export" is "Create Sink". Similarly "Exports" in Flow Logs is called "Logs Router". Also, "Query Table" is "Query Editor". And there's probably more.

The lab needs to be updated as steps involving "export" are out-dated based on console updates (changes by Google on the interface).
