As the flow logs seems to be only partial, it is not always easy to make sense of the filtering which returns not always results (even if he should --> port 80 in my case did not have any entry, even after curling to remote sites)

You should connect via SSH after you setup the logging. No traffic was generated initially.

the flow logs took too long to come up and spoilt the lab experience. otherwise good.

Step 5 in the first task has a typo, i.e., it should be 'Return to the GCP Console, and in the row for the default-eu-vm instance, click SSH.'
