Would be nice to setup firewall rule with service account instead of tag -- especially since it is strongly recommended to not use tags.

Got this error while creating VM in private subnet: ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource: - The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-abccab62afa47041/zones/us-central1-f' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. '(resource type:pd-standard)'.
