At Step 5 when we have to create VMs, I get the following error message: ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource: - The user does not have access to service account '701083706346-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com'. Allow all instances on the same network to communicate via ping kindly go through, option 3, when I click Add cloud shell session, it is opening again the same window with VM instances login.
