On most of the explanations, they refers to "higher priority" rules to rules with high numbers, like 2000 or 10000. However, on the video and related materials, high numbers like 65535 or 65534 are referred as the lowest priority, which is the standard on most of priorities related topics. I think it should be rephrased properly. Thanks
