This instructions appear to be out-of-date. For example, in one command $DEVSHELL_PROJ needed to be $DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID, and some Bigquery commands returned more runs than the instructions said that they would.

The set up has issue. The Service Account was not activated. The step to generate a key for Service Account is missing from the instructions

I was not able to restrict access to source_data for the second user because it has inherited viewer role on the project.
