Service monitoring was moved under SLOs section in Monitoring. It should be reviewed and changed.

node.js 14 is out of support, I was able to run the example using node.js 18 but a newer option may need to be added to the lab. Also the instructions are not up to date on how to reach the services option once inside the monitoring option.
