In "So instead of generating an error every 1000 requests, we are not going to get an error every 20 requests." replace "not" with "now", for the sentence to make sense. There a couple typos more, as well as outdated instructions in regard to user's interface. Has anyone proof-read this?

Not really tying with the new cloud console , the SLO window does not show the default App Engine , you have to explicitly create it.
