ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Error(s) encountered validating runtime. Runtime nodejs14 is end of support and no longer allowed. Please use the latest Node.js runtime for App Engine Standard.. The "services" tab in "Monitoring" no longer exists and is now called "SLOs".

Service monitoring was moved under SLOs section in Monitoring. It should be reviewed and changed.

node.js 14 is out of support, I was able to run the example using node.js 18 but a newer option may need to be added to the lab. Also the instructions are not up to date on how to reach the services option once inside the monitoring option.
