broken tracking. didnt have proper steps. last step is "ROll out an upgrade". NOT "scale up your service" !!!

It says “create the cluster in the same zone as the storage bucket used by the container registry” but I can see no information about how to determine or set the repository zone. For the dashboard, the url doesn’t have “authuser=0”, it’s set to 1 The token didn’t work work so I couldn’t see the dashboard.
