Depreciated... There is no Tensorflow 2.11 now on user managed notebooks. The second cell fail ton install : ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts. cloud-tpu-client 0.10 requires google-api-python-client==1.8.0, but you have google-api-python-client 1.12.11 which is incompatible. tensorflow-transform 0.14.0 requires tensorflow-metadata<0.15,>=0.14, but you have tensorflow-metadata 1.16.1 which is incompatible. The notebook suggests to retry. I did it more than a hundred of times in 40 minutes. Continuing to receive error.
