Deploying a LAMP Stack fails with error messages like: Virtual Machine deployment failed "us-central1" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-7265ff1df705/locations/us-central1/deployments/lamp-1". even after triple-checking that the correct Zone is selected in the deployment configuration

The instructions did not work. The deployment failed stating access issues with us-central zone though I selected the zone us-east4-b as mentioned in the instructions. Lab was unsuccessful. I'm not able to troubleshoot the error
