Create and Configure Virtual Machines Reviews

I completed the lab but had to setup my VM instance in the zone us-west1-a as when I attempted to create it in us-west1-b as instructed by the lab I received an error in the cloud console stating that this configuration was currently not available in that zone. It meant I was not able to verify my steps in the lab as I progressed. However, the content was really good and I learned so much but frustrating that I couldn't verify the steps. Assuming maybe there just not available resource in that zone at the time? but unsure as I'm still learning about GCP.
