The lab is not working properly. I provided feedback and will await support via email please. I can't complete Task 2 due to the failed SSH connection. June 18, 2026, after third attempt and advice from support, I was able to complete 100%. I gave feedback and suggestions to support about including a screenshot for area with issue. There is still a issue with response time and waiting to enter data for the trouble issue section. Thanks for your help.
