This is the 3rd time i am attempting this lab. After selecting the requirements for the VM Instance including the reserved static external IP address, the "create" button doesn't load. Cancelling the creation doesn't delete the reserved IP address and I have to start all over again Note after completion: When the progress checked notifies that a VM instance has not been created with the requirements, It would be incredibly helpful if the notification also specifies what is missing or wrong with the instance that has been created for better clarity. It would reduce a lot of confusion for a beginner like me.
