Had issues creating the utility VM where the instance was unavailable. I recreated it 3 times and after some time, the lab was marked completed even though the status never changed to running.

There are errors for creating instance that the machine types are not available for the defined region.

1st instance didn't worked and error is A n1-standard-1 VM instance is currently unavailable in the us-central1-c zone. Alternatively, you can try your request again with a different VM hardware configuration or at a later time.
