Again im facing the same issue of googlecloudsdk.api_lib.compute.iap_tunnel_websocket.ConnectionCreationError: Error while connecting [4033: 'not authorized']. Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535 . Pathetic pathetic lab.

When using ssh into the custom VM, the ssh connection was not successful. I also tried using IAP, which I may have executed wrong (I created the firewall rule and then executed the command from my notes from the iap lesson), the IAP ssh connection also failed. However, I was able to RDP into the windows VM.

SSH to custom VM had below error: Please consider adding the IAP-secured Tunnel User IAM role (iap.tunnelInstances.accessViaIAP) to start using Cloud IAP for TCP forwarding for better performance. Network Management API has not been used in project qwiklabs-gcp-01-1cec74fe0137 before or it is disabled.
