My google cloud shell got blocked during task 4 and i couldn't finish as i was unable to enter anymore commands

After following the lab instructions, my cloud shell was disabled due to a violation of the terms of service. This came after having cloudshell ssh to my VM and then attempting "sudo apt-get update" while no NAT gateway existed. Somehow, performing that caused cloud shell to be disabled for the remainder of the lab. I worked around the issue by SSH'ing directly to my VM instead.

my cloud console was disabled "due to excessive traffic". Not sure what mistake I made, but it wasn't an intentional "violation". Was not able to complete the lab because of this

It was not clear that the default vpc network either can be removed or be disabled by not selecting it during vm instance creation.
