I want unable to finish the lab because of missing IAM policies for the account. You are missing resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account. What should I do?

I am unable to deploy the Jenkins by bitnami package, because the form asks for service account that has not been created. The instructions provided do not state creation of any such account as needed.
