Not possible to finish lab as Infrastructure manager API was not possible to enable to deploy Bitnami package for Jenkins, tried 2 time exactly following instructions, but was not working.

Had an issue creating Jenkins Deployment. "You are missing resoucemanager.projects.setiamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account" This prevented me from completing the lab.

we are unable to complete this lab as we are stuck with permission issues to create a service account or there is no existing service account to use as well. please fix this Qwiklabs
