cannot deploy virtual lab for jenkins deployment

I am not able to proceed with the deployment using Jenkins as I am getting error and not able to proceed beyond that. ERROR: You are missing resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account

Retry for the 3'rd time, still got error on deploying steps: "You are missing resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account". Very dissapointed.
