For a second time, same blocking error. I was unable to proceed as per lab instructions: On section "New Bitnami package for Jenkins deployment" Getting error: You are missing resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account and after clicking on the DEPLOY button: "Virtual Machine deployment failed The attempted action failed, please try again."

el curso notiene todos los permisos necesrios , Te falta el permiso resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy, que se requiere para configurar los roles necesarios en la cuenta de servicio creada
