I was unable to deploy Jenkins due to a permission error. I receive the following error prior to deploying: You are missing resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account

The lab instructions do not work. When I try to create the Jenkins deployment, it fails. I believe it is due to lacking IAM permissions needed to create a service account. An error I see on the console is: You are missing resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy permission, which is needed to set the required roles on the created Service Account
