Deployment is slow and some instructions are misleading: in 3.4 it is not "cloud-code-samples/java/java-hello-world/skaffold.yaml " but only "java/java-hello-world/skaffold.yaml " in 3.2 it is not "Wait until you see the cluster listed under KUBERNETES as well as under COMPUTE ENGINE." but until Kubernetes finished (unless you will not get the list in 3.3)
