Google Kubernetes Engine Pipeline using Cloud Build Reviews

the repo were using static regions with us-central1, while the lab make you set up resources in us-east1, it was quite annoying and tedious to resolve. Good lab except for that :)

the lab template files are hard coded to the wrong region compared to the variable set for region (files are in us-central1, variable is us-east4) which causes a lot of failures in both cloud build and the kubernetes deployment.

It´s an awesome lab with very rich functionalities, but the git repository with the examples is using a different region than us-east1. That means all pipelines fail until all files are fixed. I'd suggest to change the region on this lab to reflect the region on the github repository.
