To get past the trigger errors select the service account and add "options:\n logging: CLOUD_LOGGING_ONLY" to every cloudbuild yaml file and commit and push them to the repos

Did you guys really just put a bunch of labs that dont work at the end of this? To get this to work I had to update the cloudbuild.yaml file. Second attempt, Cloud Shell didn't even start after 10 minutes.
