step4 で手順に記載されていない A service account is required とエラー表示になり、service account を選ばないと進めませんでした。またその状態で Cloud Build の実行ができず、以下のエラーが表示されていました。 ``` Your build failed to run: generic::invalid_argument: if 'build.service_account' is specified, the build must either (a) specify 'build.logs_bucket', (b) use the REGIONAL_USER_OWNED_BUCKET build.options.default_logs_bucket_behavior option, or (c) use either CLOUD_LOGGING_ONLY / NONE logging options ```

It took three lab attempts before the cluster would finally build. I'm sure that's not the fault of qwiklabs, but frustrating nonetheless.
