Cloud Run Canary Deployments Reviews

I used not the latest commit of https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/software-delivery-workshop but chose #2e70d5a insted. Commit #2e70d5a has all the required templates for triggers. So before remove all git meta i've run git reset --hard 2e70d5a and then rm -rf ../../.git
