Good lab overall but problem with service account not having access to GCS to read the exported model. Get an error in the notebook which can only be resolved by manually adding the service account in IAM and then granting GCS read permission.

good exercise. The only downside is that the notebook is jam-packed and has several steps that take many minutes. This means that unless you watch the notebook very closely and run each cell as soon as you can, it's easy to get very close to the time limit for the lab. I suggest either simplifying the notebook so that it is more appropriate for the level of the qwiklab, or making the lab duration 2 or 2.5 hours.
