No warning about how long some of the runs should be expected to take. Typo about 80/20/10 % splits. Thanks goodness this doesn't mandate anything with the Vertex AI endpoint - it just wouldn't work.

FYI....There was a permits errors when trying to copy the model to vertex. It solved by itself in a few minutes.
