I wasn't able to spin up worker nodes, the work nodes pool is exhausted. The error message: " Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-b failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'batch-user-traffic-sql-pi-05011828-7r6p-harness-st9x' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-6f6ad0dd328c/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."

I was able to get the lab to run by forcing it to use the us-west1 region instead of us-central1, which always fails. However, the checkpoints do not recognize that the lab is working. I have verified the data is in BigQuery, but the checkpoints don't see it, so I don't get credit for the lab.
